Buffalo Chicken Burgers


Servings: 4

Patties:

1 Pound of Ground Chicken

4 Brioche Buns

1/2 Cup of Shredded Carrots

1/2 Cup of Breadcrumbs

1 Egg

1 Packet of Ranch Seasoning

2 Tablespoons of Buffalo Sauce

Sauce:

1/4 Cup of Ranch Dressing

2Tablespoons of Buffalo Sauce

Toppings:

4 Slices of Havarti Cheese

Red Onion, Thinly Sliced into rings

Iceberg, Torn to the size of the buns

Tomato, Thinly Sliced

 

In a bowl combine all the ingredients for the patties in a large bowl. Use your hand to totally combine the ingredients. Form them into 4. equally sized, patties. Head a skillet to medium high heat with some olive oil. Add the patties, cooking until browned on both sides and cooked through (approximately 5-7 minutes per side). Adding the Havarti after flipping.

While the patties rest, toast the buns in the skillet. Apply a teaspoon of sauce to the top of each bun. Arrange: bottom bun, patty with Havarti, tomato, red onion, iceberg.
